I am an experienced ASP programmer, website maintainer and technical support assistant, working in the Technical Support industry. I enjoy using content management systems, and can offer support and solutions in a wide range of IT related problems.

Worked in a very successful team to provide assistance and guidance for a range of Learn-Direct courses, these consisted of a wide range of IT topics, such as MS Office, ECDL, ECDL advanced. The role also required one to one training for Life-Skills courses – GCSE English and Maths.
